The Casey Group Architects (CGA) is a Lakewood Washington Architectural design firm founded in 1987. Our success and growth are based on the following guiding principles:

Paul J. Casey is our principal architect, is NCARB certified and is licensed in Washington, Illinois, Montana, Oregon and Hawaii. Since the company’s inception CGA has provided architectural design and coordinated engineering services to developers, school districts, governments, corporations, and individuals. Our residential portfolio of projects includes condominiums, apartments, townhomes, subdivision planning and individual residences. Our commercial portfolio includes banks, office buildings, schools, retail, boys & girls clubs and mixed use facilities. Our renovation portfolio includes condominium and apartment repair and existing facility remodel work.

We offer land planning, feasibility studies, space planning, programming, architectural design and construction documentation, existing facility review and construction administration services.

Our vision and expertise provides the ideas, insights and innovations that enhance the local community and every day life.

We currently provide services to Lakewood, Tacoma, Seattle, the greater Puget Sound area, along with the Vancouver Washington/ Portland metropolitan area, the Oregon Coast, southern California, Hawaii and Kauai.
