A complete campus design to combine offices located in Tacoma, Lakewood, and McChord AFB, with easy pedestrian access between the two buildings as well as interconnected parking. With a unique site shape, a unique design was required to respond to program needs, as well as to keep pedestrian and vehicular traffic separated. Landscaping and architectural cues direct visitors and members to the public access while staff has access to all parts of the campus.

While discussing program requirements, clients laid out various ideal functions and features, and worked with The Casey Group as well as the City of Lakewood to resolve all issues and achieve the desired results.

Features of the interior include natural lighting and light dimmers for lighting control, as well as providing large windows for optimization of lighting and views for an enjoyable work environment.
