Using a combination of outdated existing structures and new buildings, Casey Group created a renovated retail center on a major crossroad in the west Tacoma, University Place, and Fircrest area.  The new facade was designed to be simple yet pleasant and contemporary for years to come..

Building shaping and orientation draws the public into the center while maintaining high visibility for each individual business. Leasable spaces are further delineated by façade movement and parapet shaping.
