A one million dollar repair of a 1995 clubhouse addition. Repairs were required due to original project flashing deficiencies. Repair scope included new stucco wall finish, decks, window, rail and interior repairs.

The Casey Group Architects was involved in the development of repair concepts for settlement purposes, development of construction documents, and construction administration.

Repairs were completed in 6 months and within the established budget.
