A private Senior apartment complex had water penetrating into the building causing visible damage. We prepared a Report identifying the cause and extent of the water penetration.

The units were occupied during the repair work. Based on partial destructive investigation, we prepared construction documents that established extent and guidelines for determining what needed to be replaced, what could be cleaned up, and what did not require repair work. The existing exterior skin was removed down to the exterior sheathing which required the building to be enclosed in temporary plastic membrane to prevent rain from damaging the building further.

Work was completed in 10 months with minimal discomfort to the tenants.
