Decades out of style, this 1960’s apartment complex was renovated both inside and out to become a style and configuration competitive with modern market rate apartments. A complete overhaul of the exterior was coupled with an update of interior finishes and cabinets, as well as the addition of a washer and dryer into every unit. 45 units were remodeled, and an additional six were created, as well as a new manager’s office.

Additional improvements include new energy efficient windows, a new sloped roof, reorganization of parking and the provision of covered parking spaces, and new landscaping and irrigation systems.
