Thirteen units located on a triangular property on the south end of Tacoma’s downtown area. The unbending restrictions of existing site conditions and City design standards became the catalyst for the distinctive and unique design of this building.

Each elevation reflects the street it faces. Fawcett Street elevation is a quieter neighborhood street; Jefferson Street has the views and cosmopolitan experience.

The grade change on the lot aided fitting the desired amenities onto the tight site.
