New 106 unit apartment complex is on a 7 acre lot is in the South Hill neighborhood in Puyallup, Washington. The site design addressed such issues as wetland mitigation, a steep slope, and retaining existing vegetation.

The units were arranged to provide views of the valley to the northwest and the Olympic Mountains beyond, or the preserved existing vegetation. The site has 212 parking spaces, many of which are under carports. An additional 20 rentable garage parking spaces were provided.

The well-laid out units have either a balcony or patio with a storage closet. Amenities include a washer and dryer in each unit.
