A master planned community on the Columbia River in Vancouver, Wa which will contain offices, retail space, 150 luxury condominiums, and a marina. We worked with local, state, and federal agencies to obtain the necessary permits and approvals.

Special sound mitigation was incorporated into the design due to the Portland International Airport located on the other side of the river and the BNSF mainline along the backside of the property.

The wetlands and storm system ponds were incorporated into the site design as an amenity with foot paths and boardwalks that allow access to the river and other portions of the site.
